Use Vacuum – you can use vacuum to remove the wetness of your carpet, but you can’t use an ordinary vacuum for a wet carpet. You have to use a vacuum that is made to absorb wetness. Let the moisture evaporate – you can let the moisture from your carpet evaporate by using a household fan, a ceiling fan or a hair dryer if you have it in your home. Just focus the hair dryer or a fan on the wet area of your carpet until it gets dry. You have to check if the underneath of your carpet is still wet because it may distort when soak in wet especially if the floor is made of wood.
